At Eleganza Sarasota, we take pride in offering exclusive, high-quality Italian leather goods. Due to the nature of our boutique merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

However, we are happy to offer the following options:

• Exchange or Store Credit Only
  Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.

• Eligibility
  To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Please note: Custom orders, special requests, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
